Planning Commission

The Planning Commission shall be designated as the board to review all plats, conservation designs, land use map amendments, and amendments to the land use ordinance text and to make recommendations regarding such to the city council which shall have final approval authority. The Planning Commission shall be designated as the Board to review and make final decisions regarding conditional use permits

Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment shall be granted the following authority under the terms of the land use ordinance: the exclusive power to order the issuance of variances from the terms of the land use ordinance including restrictions placed on non-conformities; the authority to hear and decide appeals from the review of any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by any administrative official charged with the enforcement of this ordinance.
