Notice of Hearing on Proposed Assessment

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Crosslake, MN will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. on October 24, 2019, to consider, and possibly adopt, the proposed assessment for extending sanitary sewer and improving Daggett Bay Road and a portion of Brook Street between CSAH 66 and Brook Street and a portion of Brook Street north and south of the intersection with Daggett Bay Road pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $226,300. The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the city clerk’s office. The total amount of the proposed assessment is $77,291. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting.
