Eligibility
The Crosslake Community Center offers members of several different Senior Discount Programs the opportunity to utilize the Weight Room Facility and the SilverSneakers Exercise Classes for free or at a reduced rate. Stop by for a tour or to check out our fitness classes.

Circuit/Classic Class
Tue 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
Yoga Stretch

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
BOOM "Move It" Class
Thur 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Gain stamina and strength through high-intensity choreography that helps burn calories and gets your heart pumping. This is the highest intensity class we offer. No chairs are utilized in this course. Day passes are available for non-SilverSneakers members.
SilverSneaker Classic
GAIN STRENGTH AND BALANCE BY WALKING MODERATELY WITH OR WITHOUT A STABILIZER!
We will be weight lifting and learning the proper way of breathing
while sitting in a chair.
Monday’s and Wednesday’s / 10:45 to 11:15am
