Planning & Zoning Meeting

The Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment members will be conducting a special working meeting on Friday, March 7, 2025.  The board members and staff will be meeting in the Crosslake City Hall at 9:00 A.M. for potential changes to the Land Use Ordinance.  New Districts with language throughout the ordinance, Stormwater Management (Article 20), Landscaping, Screening and Lighting Standards (Article 28), Land Use Tables (Section 26-281), Commercial and Residential Architectural Standards (Article 29), Definitions (Article 43), accompanying verbiage being affected by these proposed ordinance amendments and application procedure/requirements.  The proposed amendment establishes updated standards for the above mentioned articles and/or items.

A quorum of the Planning & Zoning Commission and/or City Council may be in attendance.  Motions for recommendations may occur.
