Special Council Meeting

Pursuant to due notice and call, the City Council will hold a special meeting on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. in City Hall for the purpose of closing the meeting for preliminary consideration of allegations against employee pursuant to State Statute 13D.05, subd. 2(b). All or a portion of this meeting also may be closed based upon the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b).  The specific subjects to be discussed are the allegations against the individual and the litigation action(s) that could be taken by the City, including the City's legal positions, claims, defenses, and strategies with respect to the potential litigation action. The Council will also take action on Preliminary Replat of the First Addition to River Trail Road to subdivide parcels #14280604, 14280605, 14280606, 14280607 into First Addition to River Trail Road involving 23.9 acres into 8 tracts and action on Final Replat of the First Addition to River Trail Road to subdivide parcels #14280604, 14280605, 14280606, 14280607 into First Addition to River Trail Road involving 23.9 acres into 8 tracts.
